Privacy policy

When you fill in a form on this site (a reservation request, a waitlist signup, a contact message, or a referral), we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, and email if you provide one, plus the unit size and any notes you include. We use those details for one purpose: to call you back and get you into a unit.

We do not take payment online. There is no payment information to collect.

When people find us through ads, we measure how many of those visits turn into phone calls, reservation requests, and waitlist signups. To do that we use Google Ads measurement, which sets a small cookie in your browser and records page visits and completed forms. Google may use that data to measure and improve ad performance. The data is not used to take payment or to contact you unless you asked us to.

You can turn this off in your browser settings, or opt out of Google's advertising cookies at google.com/settings/ads.

Visitors in regions that require consent before advertising cookies are set (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Canada) do not get ad measurement cookies. We simply do not load them in those regions.

We never sell your information. We never share your name, phone number, or email with anyone except the services that keep this site running and measure its advertising, and we don't put you on mailing lists. If you reserve a unit or join a waitlist, the only email you might get from us is the one confirming it.

Call us at (607) 288-2993 or email fmpselfstorage@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
